If you opted for a non-refundable reservation, the price for your entire stay should be prepaid using the above method. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, send an email to info@hotelisis.nl and our staff will provide you with our bank details.

The easiest and most convenient way to reach Hotel Isis is by taking the ferry. Ferries F2 and F3 run frequently between Amsterdam CS and IJplein/Buiksloterweg. The ferries are free of charge.
Amsterdam's public transportation company GVB runs a well connected network of ferry, bus, tram, and metro lines. A smart card called an "OV chipkaart" is the most convenient way to use the network.
The "I amsterdam City Card" is a combined museum and public transport pass. Additionally it allows the holder to rent a bike and ride a canal cruise.
